Josh Day and K- 9 Charger, Lake Oswego (OR) Police Department: Top Dog Overall in the WASHINGTON COUNTY (OR) SHERIFF’S OFFICE TRIALS in August. Day and Charger took the Top Dog trophy last year as well.
